RealPlayer is required to view the videos on this site. You can download the latest version of RealPlayer for free at Real.com
If you get a "Page cannot be displayed" error with videos, you must open your RealPlayer, go to TOOLS then PREFERENCES then MEDIA then ADVANCED and be sure RTSP is checked.
With newer versions of RealPlayer, go to TOOLS then PREFERENCES then MEDIA TYPES and be sure REALTIME STREAMING PROTOCOL is checked.
If using RealPlayer v10.5, go to TOOLS then PREFERENCES then CONTENT - MEDIA TYPES, MANUALLY CONFIGURE MEDIA TYPES, click SELECT and be sure scroll down and ensure REAL-TIME STREAMING PROTOCOL is checked.
If you get the following types of errors when attempting to view videos:

- Cannot connect to server, the link you requested may be inaccurate or out-of-date.
- Connection to the server could not be established. You may be experiencing network problems.
- Connection to server has been lost. You may be experiencing network problems.
- Connection to server has timed out. You may be experiencing network problems.
- Unable to connect to server.
- Unable to establish a connection with the server.
this Real.com support page has information on how you can fix that problem.
Occasionally, when attempting to view videos, you may receive a message stating "Server has reached its capacity and can serve no more streams". If this occurs, simply close (or hit "OK") on the error message window and hit "PLAY" in your RealPlayer again. We have multiple servers that deliver video streams, and sometimes one will get full. Pressing "PLAY" again will direct you to a different, open server.
